Description Benylin Non-Drowsy Chesty Cough Syrup is a cough medication which contains Guaifenesin to thin and loosen any mucous, making it easier for you to cough up and Levomenthol to ease breathing and relieve congestion. DOSAGE: For oral use only. Adults and Children aged 12 years and over: Take two 5ml spoonfuls, every 4 – 6 hours, four times a day. Do not take more than 4 doses in 24 hours. Not suitable for children under 12 years. IMPORTANT IMFORMATION ABOUT BENYLIN NON-DROWSY CHESTY Always read the patient information leaflet. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you or your child are taking any other prescription medications, regular medicines, or receiving regular treatment. Keep out of reach of children. If the symptoms worsen or do not improve, or if other symptoms occur, consult a doctor. Do not take with any other cough and cold medicine. Do not use if you are allergic to Guaifenesin or Levomenthol or any of the other ingredients of this medicine Do not exceed the stated dose, seek immediate medical advice in the event of an overdose. Like all medicines, Benylin Non-Drowsy Chesty can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. If you think you have any side effects or symptoms, stop using this medicine immediately and see a doctor as soon as possible. Immediate medical advice should be sought in the event of overdosage even if you feel well. Prolonged use without medical supervision may be harmful.
