Description Balance shaft elimination kit for 1990-1999 Eclipse, Talon, Laser, and Galant VR-4 or EVO 8/9. The kit includes both bearings, the stub shaft to replace the rear balance shaft, and the plug to block off the hole for the front balance shaft. These are all OEM parts. Please do NOT purchase kits that use an aftermarket stub shaft which doesn’t have the (very important) oil grove machined into it! Your oil pump, and possibly your entire engine will thank you. *****PLEASE NOTE******The optional balance shaft sprocket replacement spacer (top, right part in picture, allows you to remove the sprocket for less rotational weight) is shown in the picture, but NOT included.
